At Sa3a, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. Each Sa3a timepiece is backed by a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2-Year Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in materials or workmanship under normal use, such as issues with the movement, hands, or dial.
  • Mechanical Malfunctions: Any unexpected issues with the watch mechanism or other core functionalities due to manufacturing errors.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from Accidents or Misuse: Any damage due to impact, water exposure beyond the specified limits, accidental drops, or misuse of the watch.
  • Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the case, glass, or strap, or fading of plating.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from repairs or modifications by anyone other than Sa3a-authorized service providers.
  • Battery Replacement: Battery replacement is not covered under warranty and is the responsibility of the owner.

Warranty Process

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support at sa3acph@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request you send the watch to our service center for inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If your watch qualifies for warranty service, we will repair the defect or, at our discretion, replace it with a comparable model at no additional cost to you.
