2-Year Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in materials or workmanship under normal use, such as issues with the movement, hands, or dial.
- Mechanical Malfunctions: Any unexpected issues with the watch mechanism or other core functionalities due to manufacturing errors.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from Accidents or Misuse: Any damage due to impact, water exposure beyond the specified limits, accidental drops, or misuse of the watch.
- Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the case, glass, or strap, or fading of plating.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from repairs or modifications by anyone other than Sa3a-authorized service providers.
- Battery Replacement: Battery replacement is not covered under warranty and is the responsibility of the owner.
Warranty Process
If you experience an issue covered by our warranty:
